TOURNAMENT DATES
January 7, 8, 9 and 10, 2010.
OFFICIAL HOTEL
Marriott Hotel, 13111 Sycamore Dr., Norwalk, CA, 90650. Reservations should be made by 12/31/09 Silver Gloves as the number of rooms are limited. Room rate is HOTEL INFO: $90.00 per night plus tax. To make reservation, please call (562) 863-5555. Let them know you are with the Silver Gloves to get the discounted rate. A credit Card is needed to reserve a room.
OFFICIAL DELEGATES:
Consists of the State Coordinator, four coaches, officials and participating boxers.
COACHES PASSES:
Tournament passes for personal coaches will be available for $5.00, non-refundable (which covers all five sessions). Passes may be purchased at the registration office Thursday, January 7, 2010 ONLY.
AGE DETERMINATION: The determining date is the boxer’s age as of January 1, 2010.
PASSBOOK: MUST be currently registered for the 2010 calendar year.
Boxer’s will not be able to register for the new year at the tournament. Boxer’s without passbooks will not be allowed to compete.
AGE DIVISIONS: 10-11 Junior; 12-13 Intermediate; 14-15 Seniors.
TOURNAMENT INFORMATION:
CHECK SCALE: Scale will be available Thursday, January 7th, after 3:00 PM at the Marriott Hotel.
REGISTRATION: State Coordinators must turn in all team paperwork. All boxers must be present and turn in their books by 7:00 PM at the Norwalk Arts and Sports Complex.
DRAW: Draw and bracketing will start upon completion of registration at 7:00 PM on Thursday, January 7, 2010.
WEIGH-INS: Friday, Saturday and Sunday @ 7:00 AM for boxers competing those days only. Weigh-ins will be conducted at the Marriott Hotel. Only the state coordinators will be allowed in the weigh-ins. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Friday, January 8th , preliminaries 6:00 PM (a double session will be added at 12:00 noon, if needed).
Saturday, January 9th , (double session- 12:00 noon and 6:00 pm).
