According to Hector Munoz, he is off the Dec. 19 fight card. He says he hasn’t received a contract and has withdrawn his name from the show.
Las Cruces’ Siju Shabazz lost a five-round decision to Imre Szello (50-45 twice and 48-47) last night in Southhaven, Miss. Shabazz plays for the newly-formed amateur boxing team, the Miami Gallos. Szello is on Memphis Force.
The Dec. 3 card at Route 66 will open with Christian Bruffy-Holmes vs. Emmanuel Thompson, a four-round light-heavyweight bout. The sixer between Jodie Esquibel and Savanna Hill will follow. Antonio Martinez’s pro debut, against Texas debuter Andres Galarza will be the top undercard bout before the main and co-main.
