Main event: Holly “The Preacher’s Daughter” Holm (30-1-3, 9 KOs), of Albuquerque, vs. Anne Sophie Mathis (25-1, 21 KOs), of Dombasle-sur-Meurthe, France, for the IBA and WBAN welterweight titles. 10 rounds.

Co-main, 6 rounds at featherweight: Josh “Pitbull” Torres (5-1-1, 3 KOs) of Albuquerque, vs. Joel “Pirata” Vargas (3-4-1, 3 KOs), of Kansas  City, Kansas.

4 rounds lightweight: Antonio “Tone” Martinez (1-0-1, 1 KO) of Espanola vs. Edgar Zubia (1-0-1) of Hobbs.
