Fundraiser set for Dec. 5
In order to raise funds to help Albuquerque PAL coach Richard Johnson out, a USA Boxing sanctioned event has been set for Dec. 5 in Albuquerque. Coach Johnson’s daughter, Yvette, is undergoing a cancer operation, leaving the family in a financial bind. Come out to support the Johnson family.
The Albuquerque PAL Invite takes place on Saturday at the PAL, Dec. 5, at the PAL Gym, 2704 Girard NE, Albuquerque, at 5 p.m. Weigh-ins are from 7-9 a.m., matching at 9 a.m. Tickets are $10, children 6 and under $5 and under 5, free. For pre-matching email Coach Johnson at nmpalboxing@yahoo.com
