Marquez lands two dates
Archie Ray Marquez (8-0, 7 KOs) is looking to close out 2009 – and open up 2010 – with a bang. On Dec. 4, Marquez will look for his ninth pro win at the Chumash Casino in Santa Ynez, Calif. His opponent will be 2000 Olympian, Colombian Andres Ledesma (15-15-1, 10 KOs).
Pending the Marquez bout on 12.4, Albuquerque will land a Showtime-televised card on Jan. 29. Tingley has been pegged as the likely venue.
