Munoz to fight Reyes
“Hurricane” Hector Munoz’s opponent has been named for the June 4 co-main event at Hard Rock. The Albuquerque welterweight, with a record of 18-4-1, 11 KOs, will fight former Tapia opponent and sparring partner Jorge Reyes (21-29-3, 19 KOs), who is 1-18-1 in his last 20 fights spanning 12 years. Reyes, a former super bantamweight, will most likely be fighting at his career heaviest. It is assumed that Munoz will be ending his three-bout losing streak.
