Proa to fight Ochoa
Seeking redemption after Friday night’s shocking loss, Albuquerque’s David Proa (6-1, 6 KOs) will get back in the ring on the Jan. 29 card at Tingley Coliseum against his toughest opponent to date. In a four-rounder, Proa will be taking on 10-time Texas state amateur champ and two-time national amateur champ Adam Ochoa (2-0, 1 KO). Ochoa, fighting out of Amarillo, Tex., has recently inked a managerial deal with Albuquerque manager Jacob Maes.
