A packed crowd attended the Rosales smoker Saturday afternoon at the Rosales Gym in Albuquerque for a show of amateur boxing and kickboxing.
Results of the card follow:
In the first amateur boxing bout, Efrain Escobedo Jr. (Escobedo) decisioned Robert Silas (Winklejohn) after three rounds.
In the second fight, a women’s kickboxing bout, Megan Jackson (International TaeKwon-Do) decisioned Samanta Bench (Rosales) after three rounds.
In an amateur boxing bout, tiny warrior Max Jaramillo (J. Chavez Gym) decisioned Julian Baca (Mirabal Boxing) after three rounds.
In the semi-main event, for the AKBA NM state title Brandi Montoya (Rosales) decisioned Amanda Ortzow after five rounds.
In bout No. 5, another kickboxing match, Derrick Rangel (Team 4 Corners) won by RSC over Eric Beach (Rosales) in the second round of the scheduled three-rounder.
In the sixth bout, amateur boxing, Miguel Martinez (Martinez Boxing) decisioned Shawn Henson (Rosales) after three rounds.
In an amateur boxing bout, Erick Ballejos (Rosales) defeated Walter Reese (Kucevic MMA) after three rounds.
In the main event, for the AKBA NM state title, Eric Henson (Rosales) defeated Martin Alvarado (Escobedo) after Alvarado gave up on his stool before the start of the fourth round.

In an amateur boxing bout, Slade Ring (Rosales) won by RSC in the second round over Michael Graham (Jacksons).
Finally, in the last bout of the afternoon, Falon Ring (Rosales) won by RSC in the third round over Jessie Tafoya (Kucevic).
