‘Rumble in Rio VI’ set for Oct. 24
Fight night for “Rumble in Rio VI” is set for Saturday October 24 at the Santa Ana Star Center in Rio Rancho. Doors open at 6 p.m. and first bell is at 7 p.m. There are 13 fights on this year’s card. Ticket prices are $15, $20, $25, and $30. Tickets can be purchased at the Santa Ana Star Center Box Office, The Santa Ana Star Casino Player Club, online or at 1-888-694-4849. Weigh-ins will be Friday October 23, at the Santa Ana Star Center at 10 a.m. and is open to the public.
Proceeds from this years event will, once again, benefit the Jim Franklin Bike Giveaway Program and other worthy charities. To date we have given away nearly 2500 brand new bicycles and helmets to underprivledged children throughout New Mexico.
