Shabazz to fight in dual meet
Omega Fight Team is pleased to announce that one of it’s own, Siju Shabazz, has been added to the roster of Team USA in their upcoming dual meet against Italy on March 27th in Harvey, Illinois. At 178 lbs, Siju will be the team’s light heavyweight representative, and it’s a weight he feels really comfortable and strong at. Before he leaves to Illinois, Siju will spend several days in Colorado Springs training with Team USA. As a coach and friend of Siju, his teammates at Omega Fight Team and LC PAL Boxing Team all wish him nothing but the best: “We’re proud of you, ‘Juice.’ Go get them!”
