Sky City card shapes up
Promoter Juan Romero says his June 6 is shaping up. Though no contract has been signed yet, in the main event, Joaquin Zamora (17-2-1, 11 KOs) will take on Joshua Renteria (15-2, 9 KOs), of Burlingame, Calif. Renteria will be coming off a 19-month layoff. He has fought in New Mexico before, back in 1995.
Other matches in the works include a four-rounder between Randy Arrelllin (0-1) and Sammy Piar (1-0, 1 KO); a four-rounder between James Piar (3-0, 2 KOs) and Marcos Acosta (2-1); and a co-main featuring kayo artist David Proa (5-0, 5 KOs). Stay tuned for more info.
