In tonight’s National Golden Gloves action, in Salt Lake City, Utah, New Mexico’s Jesus Correa will face Bradley Blankenship of Nevada, at 165 lbs.;  and, in the 132-pound division, Albuquerque’s Fidel Maldonado will battle Eric Fowler of Texas. These are quarter final match-ups. Winners move on to the semi-finals. --Jerry Martinez
